Full disclosure first: I'm not an influencer, and I rarely write reviews. Also I practiced emergency medicine for decades, including in an academically affiliated Level 1 Trauma Center, in a community hospital, and in resource poor developing countries. I wish I would have had this device all these years back. The Wispr is truly a practice changer, allowing much superior views of the tympanic membrane and surrounding tissues and just as important, the ability to analyze the images separately from doing the patient examination. Things like subtle hemotympanum or small tympanic membrane ruptures are readily visualized. I especially appreciate it for pediatric patients. I highly recommend this product.
If I receive the product then I can provide feedback. Funny how I received a review notice before any product.
We apologize again for the delay caused by the emergency at our fulfillment center and for the review request email that erroneously sent before delivery! We have since restored our inventory and have also addressed the issue with the review request emails. Thank you for bringing that issue to our attention and for your patience. If you have a chance to update your review after using your new Wispr, we would love to hear your feedback! We prioritize providing exceptional customer support at WiscMed, so please reach out any time if there's anything we can do for you.
I operate 3 pediatric urgent care clinics and the Wispr is a game changer. It has helped us make more accurate AOM diagnosis and avoid unnecessary antibiotics. Also, parents love to see what is going on inside their child’s ear.
This is an amazing product. Every pediatrician should own one. Thank you!
I cannot say enough good things about this video otoscope! The picture quality is amazing, the ease of upload to my EMR is wonderful, and the customer service is superb! To have such a tool in my world of audiology is a dream come true! Whether it be a patient who states that "I just had my ears cleaned, now can it be that you can't see my ear drum?", or the one who says "everyone asks me about some scarring on my ear drum, but I have no clue what they are talking about" or the ability to show a patient their TM perforation or the growth of a possible cholesteatoma! It's a tool that I have been waiting for for ages without having to haul around a computer or a TV monitor! Thank you Wispr!
